The Conrad Group recently represented Sealcoating, Inc. in the acquisition of 825 Granite St. Purchased from Coca Cola Refreshments USA, Inc., the facility was long used as a distribution center for Coca Cola.
Situated on 9.4 acres of land on the corner of Granite St. and Lundquist Dr., the property is ideally located for any company who needs easy access to Rtes. 128 and 3.
Sealcoating, Inc. re-locating from Hingham, where they have been operating for several years.
Jim McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group, said, "825 Granite St. was a perfect match for Sealcoating's long term plans. It offered them the building, the available land and the location they have long desired."
McEvoy was assisted by Bob Conrad representing Sealcoating, Inc. while Sean Teague and Jon Vacca represented Coca Cola.
According to the Norfolk Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $2.975 million.
