The New England Organ Bank (NEOB) has leased 40,625 s/f at the Waltham Tech Center at 60 First Ave.
Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., of Quincy, represented the tenant, and Michael Wilcox of The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., represented the landlord.
Waltham Tech Center, just off Rte. 128/95 offers office, lab and operating facilities designed to meet NEOB's unique needs. The building was recently renovated and repositioned by Bulfinch.
The New England Organ Bank is the oldest independent organ procurement organization in the U.S. and is federally designated to serve most of New England and Bermuda. NEOB serves 12 transplant centers and allocates organs for transplant through the United Network for Organ Sharing's national network.
