McKinnon of The Grossman Companies, Inc. named broker for 310 McClellan Highway

Logistics and trucking firms needing to be near Boston's Logan Airport should consider 310 McClellan Highway (Rte. 1A), that offers direct access to Logan with no bridges, tunnels or tolls. The property is about a half mile from Logan's tarmac. Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., is exclusive broker for the 16,175 s/f warehouse that includes 4,000 s/f of office space. The property has 13 tailboards, a drive-in ramp, 18' clear ceilings and plenty of parking. In one of the past year's largest air/freight deals near Logan Airport, McKinnon leased 25,500 s/f at nearby 290 McClellan Highway to Agility Global Integrated Logistics, a provider of supply chain solutions. Other tenants in the park include Pilot, GMS and Lightning Express. The Grossman Companies, Inc., offers a full range of brokerage services, with a focus on sales and leasing of commercial property throughout New England.
