The Stubblebine Company brokers Wetmore Co.'s 88,000 s/f lease

The Stubblebine Co. represented Wetmore Co. in the long term lease of the 88,000 s/f of industrial space at 326 Ballardvale St. The property, which is owned by RREEF, is located close to the intersection of I-495 and I-93. Formed in 1945, Wetmore is the leading custom packing and crating company in New England. They will use the property as expansion of their operation. According to James Stubblebine, "Wetmore selected the property because it offers excellent flow for their manufacturing and close proximity to many of their top vendors." James and David Stubblebine of Stubblebine represented Wetmore and Tom Aitken of Grubb & Ellis and Steve James of NAI Hunneman represented RREEF.
