Walpole, MA NAI Hunneman completed a 26,330 s/f lease transaction at Walpole Park South (Building 8) with Reliable Sprinkler. The deal with one of the world’s largest producers of automatic fire sprinklers and sprinkler system control equipment brings the overall vacancy within the 597,027 s/f park to less than 4%
NAI Hunneman executive vice president Cathy Minnerly and vice president Ovar Osvold represented the landlord JD Murphy Real Estate, while the tenant was represented by Ed Jarosz of JLL.
“Walpole Park South’s direct frontage on Rte. 1 with convenient access to I-95 & 495 is the perfect location for Reliable Sprinkler which will use the space as a satellite distribution facility,” said Minnerly.
