Mott & Chace Sotheby’s sells 19 Taylor’s Lane South for $6.5 million

Little Compton, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realtynegotiated the sale of 19 Taylor’s Lane South for $6.5 million. The sellers were represented by Cherry Arnold and the buyers were represented by Elizabeth Kinnane, both sales associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest single-family sale for 2025 in the town, and the highest single-family sale in the municipality since Arnold’s sale of 21 Atlantic Dr. in 2024.

This cherished oceanfront home, located on a private laneway, has over 3,200 s/f of living space with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and is surrounded by vegetable and flower gardens, fruit trees, and ocean views. A separate one-bedroom guest house offers privacy for family and friends.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
