NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs broker $2.08 million sale

Auburn, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs completed the sale of the Santander Bank branch located at 317 Washington St. R&I Development LP sold the property to The M Hill Companies.

The 3,725 s/f bank branch on 1.81-acres is situated at intersection of Washington St. and Millbury St. The property sold for $2.080m. Santander had 8 years remaining with future options at time of closing. James Glickman, Michael Jacobs and Indrek Buttner of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented the sellers.
