The New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ.com) and Diamond Data Company (DDMine.com) have partnered to bring the NEREJ clients a "first of its kind" property data system, located at www.ddmine.com, scheduled to launch May 1st.
"You'll be able to search property records using various criteria," said Kevin Guy, DDMine & Florida Investor founder. "You can search by geographic region, property type, owner name, recent sales or property values."
A NEREJ representative said, "Partnering with DDMine is a strategic move in our efforts to combine the marketing 'power of the press' with an extremely valuable industry research tool. DDMine provides comprehensive data for a single property record, but also provides the same data for a set of records that can be downloaded for marketing purposes. For example, if you're someone in the industrial brokerage business, we can provide that person with the owner information and sales history for every single industrial building in the Commonwealth."
DDMine started more than 2 years ago with the goal of consolidating all commercial property data from Florida's 67 counties.
"We wanted to design and produce a simple, online database system where industry professionals involved in brokerage, investing, construction, research, service businesses, appraisers, and the like, could find everything they need to know about any commercial property parcel in the State," said Guy. "Our goal is to provide the user the most robust, and up-to-date data, without breaking the bank."
NEREJ.com is starting with property data from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and its 14 counties and plans to expand to the other 5 New England states and New York.
NEREJ will be updating the commercial property records continuously to ensure users receive accurate and up-to-date data every time they visit the site.
