O,R&L Commercial, LLC completes two sales and one lease in Conn.

1000 Old County Circle - Windsor Locks, CT

Windsor Locks, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC has completed multiple deals including the following:

• Mark Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial, LLC brokered the lease of Unit 110, a 2,250 s/f  flex/industrial condo located at 1000 Old County Circle. 1000 Old County Circle is a 47,600 s/f multi-tenanted industrial condo complex located near Bradley International Airport. The condo is owned by Jack Rafalowski. Berkowitz represented the owner in the lease agreement. Lincare Inc., the new tenant, was not represented in the transaction and plans to use the space for business and administrative offices, as well as for storage and repair operations related to its homecare medical services.

• The office property at 50 Founders Plaza in East Hartford, Conn. has been sold for $1.5 million to Port Eastside, LLC, the original buyer and a developer in the area. The 25,392 s/f office building, located on a 1.5-acre site, will continue to operate as an office property for the foreseeable future. Port Eastside, LLC has indicated that long-term plans may include redevelopment of the site as part of a future phase of its mixed-use development project in the area. Jay Morris and Kyleigh Caron of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, GLK Realty, LLC, in the transaction. John McCormick of CBRE represented the buyer.

60 Darlin Street - East Hartford, CT

• Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial, LLC facilitated the sale of 60 Darlin St. in East Hartford, Conn, for $860,000. The property, a 12,000 s/f, two-story office building located just minutes from downtown, was previously owned by the Connecticut River Councils, Inc., Boy Scouts of America. As part of a downsizing initiative, the Boy Scouts will relocate to leased space in downtown. The buyer, Russell and Dawson, an established architectural firm, will utilize 60 Darlin St. as its new main office. This move marks a significant expansion for the firm, which is upgrading from its previous 4,400 s/f location at 1111 Main St. Massirio represented the seller, Connecticut River Councils, Inc., Boy Scouts of America, in the transaction. Rob Montessi of Goman & York represented the tenant, 1111 Main Street LLC.
