O’Brien and Tyler DeWolfe of GBCP were the sole brokers of record representing the seller and directly procuring the buyer, Peter Jin. The $1.15 million acquisition was a cash transaction with no financing.
The second sale at 155 Middlesex Tpke. in Burlington is a 13,106 s/f office building located near the Burlington Mall and Rte. 128. O’Brien represented the buyer Ovitas, Inc. who plans to retain several existing tenants and relocate its offices to the vacant space from a nearby leased premises. The sale price for 155 Middlesex Tpke. was $2.2 million.
