O,R&L Commercial sells 13,839 s/f industrial property for $1.1 million

Bloomfield, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the sale of 62 and 66 Granby St., a 13,839 s/f industrial building on 1.39 acres and a 0.63 acre lot for $1.1 million.

The seller, Dapra Corp., completed the sale as part of a strategic downsizing initiative. According to the company, “During our strategic restructuring efforts to allow for better market alignment, we recognized that the scale of our current building did not match what the current need of the business is. “Our business is now more lean, focused and better positioned to take on the challenges of today’s industrial markets”. The company also noted that, with the support of O,R&L Commercial, it was able to maximize the value of its Bloomfield property while securing a new location in South Windsor to better meet its operational needs.

The building was sold to a mechanical contractor within the state of CT specializing in large commercial and institutional projects including schools, hospitals, hotels, colleges/universities and municipal buildings.

Mark Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, Marie Louise Pratt, in the transaction. Tim Stewart of Reno Properties Group represented the buyer.

The town continues to attract industrial users due to its central location, strong transportation network, and access to major highways and Bradley International Airport.

O,R&L Commercial, LLC with offices in Branford and Rocky Hill represents landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers in the office, retail, medical, multi-family, investment and industrial markets.
