Panasis, Kelley and Tobin of Brady Sullivan brokers sale of Spokesfield Commons for $1.625 million

Center Sandwich, NH Charles Panasis, Ben Kelley and James Tobin of Brady Sullivan Properties' in-house commercial team facilitated the sale of a 14-unit residential community. Spokesfield Commons sold for $1.625 million.

The fully-leased rental community in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region included 10 buildings on a private cul-de-sac, with each of the 14 units offering single-level living, attached garage, and two full bathrooms. Spokesfield Commons presents the buyer with the opportunity to maintain a rental property or sell units individually as condominiums.

The closing marked the latest transaction in a series of dispositions of residential properties by the Manchester-based firm. Earlier in 2016, Panasis, Kelley and Tobin successfully completed the sale of Quarrywood Green, a 36-unit apartment/condominium community in Milford, NH, as well as Deerhaven Preserve and Jefferson Place, a collection of apartments totaling 75 units on Manchester’s east side.
