Peck of Horvath & Tremblay arranges $3.35 million sale of 17-unit multi-family portfolio

Nashua, NH William Peck of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of a 17-unit multi-family portfolio. Peck exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $3.35 million and $197,059 per unit.

The Orange & Lowell Street Portfolio is located at 20, 24-26 Orange St. and 38 Lowell St. The portfolio includes three multi-family buildings and contains 17 residential units comprised of nine, 1-bedroom/1-bathroom units, one, 1+ bedroom/1-bathroom unit, four, 2-bedroom/1-bathroom units, and three, 2+ bedroom/1-bathroom units with 12,294 s/f of living area in 17,069 total gross s/f on a combined 0.34 acres. The Orange & Lowell Street Portfolio is located downtown, with access to an array of restaurants, bars, retailers, and entertainment. The city offers a mix of favorites as well as nationally recognized retailers and restaurants, such as Whole Foods, Hannaford, Shaw’s, Kohl’s, Ocean State Job Lot, CVS, Dollar General, Chick-fil-A, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Dunkin’. The properties are near U.S. Hwy. 3, are 0.1 miles from the intersection of Main St., Amherst St. and Concord St., and are a walk from several local bus lines, providing connectivity throughout the city.
