Hartford, CT Jordan Pinto of Chozick Realty Inc. closed the sale of 4-6 Sterling St. This mixed-use building sold for the price of $1.2 million or $120,000 per unit.

4-6 Sterling has 11 residential units and one ground-floor retail space. The entire property was gut renovated in the past three years.

Each apartment unit was fully remodeled, all mechanical systems replaced with all plumbing and electrical components.

This three-story building contains a mix of five one-bedroom and six two-bedroom apartments. The unit layouts, finish and outstanding renovations makes this property a standout in the Hartford market, according to Pinto.

Pinto worked on behalf of the seller. Chozick Realty procured the buyer to complete the transaction in less than one week of marketing.
