Price of The Peabody Companies recognized in IREM’s 2023 “30 Under 30”

Boston, MA The Peabody Companies’ Kaeleen Price, portfolio operations analyst and property manager, has been named a 2023 “30 Under 30” by the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM).

IREM’s “30 Under 30” acknowledges the next generation of real estate management leaders whose contributions to their profession are demonstrated through career success, leadership, and community involvement.

Price, who joined the Peabody Companies in January of 2022 and received her Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) designation shortly thereafter, was selected for the honor based on her accomplishments and leadership both in the industry and her community.

“Kaeleen’s contributions to her profession and community are more than worthy of this prestigious recognition from IREM,” said Adam Kenney, vice president of operations at the Peabody Companies. “The entire Peabody team extends its congratulations.”

A resident of Boston, she is a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts.
