South Kingstown, RI Procaccianti Companies renovated the Holiday Inn South Kingstown, 3009 Tower Hill Rd. TPG Construction, the firm’s construction management affiliate, managed the entire renovation process, and the hotel will continue to be managed by TPG Hotels & Resorts, the firm’s hospitality management subsidiary.

Acquired by the firm in the early 1980s, the Holiday Inn South Kingstown is located near the intersection of Rte. 138 and Rte 1 in the village of Saunderstown. We look forward to showcasing our renovated property to returning guests and welcoming new guests to experience our exceptional property and outstanding hotel team.”
