Cohasset, MA Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (CBRB) in New England completed the sale of the Cohasset Harbor Resort for $12.75 million.

Jonathan Radford, a top-producing real estate professional affiliated with the CBRB Boston-Back Bay office, represented the sellers, Cohasset Cove LLC and Cohasset Harbor Associates LP, and procured the buyers, A&S Cohasset, LLC and CHI, LLC, in the transaction. Radford also helped arrange financing for the deal.

The Cohasset Harbor Resort consists of the Cohasset Harbor Inn and a restaurant complex. The restaurant complex, located at 44-46 Border St. and overlooking Cohasset Harbor, is home to Atlantica and the Olde Salt House and has been a South Shore landmark for more than 60 years. The Cohasset Harbor Inn, located at 124 Elm St., is a 54-room inn and conference center that underwent significant renovations in 2013 and 2014 and has provided a full range of facilities for business conferences, banquets, weddings and other social events.
