Realtor Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts offers free CEU programs

Realtor Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts (RCA-MA) hosts programs for real estate professionals. This year, the RCA-MA is offering 24 free continuing education hours for real estate license renewal across the state. Monthly courses are approved for continuing education credits, provided by Premier Realty Concepts Inc., and is followed by a marketing meeting moderated by Peter West, CCIM, SEC, and Corey Bishop, SEC, and includes a luncheon sponsored by the Exchange Authority of Leominster. RCA-MA president Mark DiFranco, DiFranco Realty, Inc., East Longmeadow, explains that these monthly sessions are rotated throughout the state. "Real estate is relationship driven. You do deals with people you know. I have found that attending all the monthly meetings, not just in my area, has been extremely beneficial because of the top notch commercial Realtors that I have met and will do business with." The RCA-MA's goal is to unite commercial real estate interests in Massachusetts for the benefit of its members and the public. The Realtor Commercial Alliance of Mass. has headquarters in Auburn, and is the only Realtors Association in Mass. specifically for commercial agents. Upcoming events meet in Springfield on April 23 at TD Bank, and Auburn on May 14. For more information on these events, visit our http://www.rcama.org/. We are a stand-alone Board of Realtors , with our own charter, bylaws, and directors to the Mass. Association of Realtors and representation at the National Association of Realtors . The term "Realtor" is a registered, collective membership mark that identifies members as a professional who subscribes to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice set forth by the National Association of Realtors.
