Related Beal adds Kink Pilates at Lovejoy Wharf

Boston, MA Related Beal has welcomed Kink Pilates, a reformer and mat pilates studio, to Lovejoy Wharf. Kink Pilates offers contemporary group classes, personalized sessions, and serves as a recognized pilates education center. Currently operating in Newton, Lovejoy Wharf will be the studio’s second location and is expected to open in early 2026.

“Related Beal is excited to grow the Lovejoy Wharf community with the addition of Kink Pilates,” said David Chattman at Related Beal. “We remain committed to cultivating a dynamic mix of businesses that enhance the character and vitality of our neighborhoods. Kink Pilates brings a distinctive wellness offering that complements the diverse retail and lifestyle experiences that continue to thrive at Lovejoy Wharf.”

In addition to Kink Pilates, Related Beal has added several new retail tenants across its portfolio this year, including the opening of PickleBOS and the Bunker Hill Laundromat in Charlestown, and Vinodivino, a wine retailer that recently opened in Kenmore Square.

“Opening our second studio at Lovejoy Wharf marks an important milestone for Kink Pilates,” said Sarah Rapaport, founder of Kink Pilates. “This expansion allows us to extend our mission of promoting health and wellness to a new community, and we look forward to becoming an integral part of the vibrant, connected environment at Lovejoy Wharf.”

Lovejoy Wharf is a mixed-use development by Related Beal that combines housing, commercial headquarters, retail, and public waterfront space. Related Beal transformed the once-dilapidated wharf into a vibrant destination featuring offices, residences, retail, restaurants, and community gathering areas. Lovejoy Wharf revitalized a central stretch of the waterfront with close proximity to Downtown Boston, Beacon Hill, Cambridge, and the North End, and sits immediately adjacent to TD Garden and North Station.

Related Beal’s developments in the neighborhood extend across the street to The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel and The Beverly – the city’s first 100% income restricted housing in 25 years. The building also offers a curated retail program that complements the energy of the North Station neighborhood and TD Garden and were influential in sparking the rapid development of the area.
