Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC (RBJ&P) recently advised the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in its new 154,100 s/f lease at Longwood Center.
The leasing agreement places Dana-Farber as the anchor tenant of the proposed 11-story building, which will be located at 360 Longwood Ave. (at the intersection of Longwood and Brookline Aves). Construction of the building has begun and Dana-Farber anticipates a 2014 move-in date.
Longwood Center is owned by a joint venture comprised of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., Charles River Realty Investors, Clarion Partners and National Development.
Robert Richards, president, and Chris McCauley, senior vice president, of RBJ&P represented Dana-Farber in the lease. The building developers were represented internally.
