Roedel Cos and ROK Builders, LLC honored by two national publications

New Hampshire based hotel owner/operators, Roedel Companies and their wholly owned hotel construction management subsidiary ROK Builders, LLC were honored by two national publications. Roedel Cos. was named by Lodging Hospitality Magazine as top owners & operators. ROK Bldrs. was recognized as top general contractors by Commercial Construction & Renovations Magazine for excellence in managing hotel renovation and new construction. "It is an honor to be named alongside an elite group of companies from across the U.S.," said David Roedel, partner of Roedel Cos. "Our emphasis focuses on efficiency, productivity and service excellence across the entire hospitality spectrum." Roedel Cos. owns and operates a select portfolio of nationally branded hotels throughout the northeast, including Hilton Garden Inns, Hampton Inn and Suites, and Holiday Inn Express and Suites. In partnership with Alta Properties, the company recently purchased the Clarion Hotel in Manchester which will open as The Falls Center Banquet Facility and La Quinta Inn and Suites early next year. Roedel Cos. will also reopen the Fairfield Inn in Merrimack as Holiday Inn Express once a multi-million dollar renovation is complete. In addition, Roedel Cos. builds and renovates hotels throughout the eastern U.S. for its own account and third parties through ROK Bldrs., its construction management subsidiary. Within the last three years, ROK Bldrs. has completed more than thirty new building and major renovation projects along with over a hundred major maintenance assignments.
