The 3-family investment property, owned by Patricia O’Boyle, was purchased by 17 Mile, LLC, of Pennsylvania.

The iconic, stone structure was built in the mid-19th century and was converted to a three family house and divested of much of its acreage nearly a century later. Ingeniously, the structure contains an active, inconspicuous cell tower.

“Eileen Russell and John Bergin are passionate about finding the right buyer, seller or leasee of properties they represent, and we applaud their efforts,” said Pearce. “They both are excellent at what they do to guide their clients through the complicated process of commercial real estate. Experience and attention to detail are important factors and their clients recognize this.”

Pearce Real Estate is a full-service real estate company with more than 100 agents and eight branch offices in greater New Haven and the Shoreline. Commercial real estate offices are located in North Haven, Milford and Rocky Hill.
