Salad Creations opens first restaurant in the region at Natick Mall

Salad Creations, a national franchise offering a fresh alternative to fast-food for today's healthy lifestyle, has opened its first restaurant at 1245 Worcester St. in the Natick Mall. The new restaurant is 765 s/f. Bob Simpson, vice president of real estate for Salad Creations, negotiated the lease. Each Salad Creations restaurant features more than 40 ingredients to choose from including farm-fresh vegetables, fruits, cheeses, just-sliced meats and over 15 homemade salad dressings. Specially-trained salad chefs prepare each customer's order and, if asked, can help match particular tastes to customize each individual's salad experience. All salads can be either tossed or chopped. In addition to the "create your own salad" option, Salad Creations also offers more than 10 featured salads, a variety of daily soup specials and fresh wraps. "Salad Creations is the ideal solution for the customer who is tired of typical fast food and is searching for a delicious, quick and nutritious alternative," said Leni Salgan, Salad Creations Natick owner.
