Plotkin Northeast Retail assists in opening of two Town Fair Tires

Daniel Plotkin, principal with Northeast Retail Leasing & Management Company, LLC has assisted Town Fair Tire in the opening of its two newest stores, in Somersworth at 3 Handle Rd. in front of Home Depot and in Marlborough, Mass. at 481 Boston Post Rd. The Somersworth store brings the N.H. store count to 6 and the Marlborough store brings the overall count to 69. Two other stores are under construction in Billerica, Mass. on Rte. 3A and Biddeford, Maine on Alfred St. Town Fair Tire is New England's largest tire retailer and one of the only such retailer that does not change fluids or sell parts. Town Fair looks for high-traffic locations that support around 7,000 s/f in or near the dominant retail trade areas of suburban New England. Plotkin says that Town Fair has 3 other stores in the development pipeline and wants to continue to grow in southern/central N.H., Maine and suburban metro Boston.
