NorthEast Health Services leases 14,000 s/f from Cummings Properties

50 Tower Office Park - Woburn, MA

Woburn, MA NorthEast Health Services, a member of the Transformations Care Network, will be opening new locations at 50 Tower Office Park in Woburn and 144 North Rd. in Sudbury, both Cummings Properties-managed buildings. The mental health care provider will move into an 8,000 s/f suite in Woburn and a 6,000 s/f suite in Sudbury this month.

NorthEast Health Services offers in-person and telehealth outpatient treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. With this expansion, it will have 16 locations throughout Mass.

144 North Road - Sudbury, MA

“NorthEast Health Services, a member of the Transformations Care Network, is committed to expanding access to in-person, high-quality outpatient mental health care and to creating supportive places for staff and clients,” said Mark Heit, chief growth officer of Transformations Care Network. “We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Woburn and Sudbury offices, and we are currently accepting new patients for both psychiatry and therapy services.”

Senior leasing director Rob Yacobian of Cummings Properties worked with senior associate David Thomann of Cushman & Wakefield on NorthEast Health Services’ expansion.

Cummings Properties’ deep experience with healthcare firms, as well as the diverse geography of our portfolio, aligned well with the client’s needs,” said Yacobian. “Leasing two different locations that are owned and managed by a single entity made the expansion very convenient for NorthEast Health Services.”

Cummings Properties operates 11 million s/f of commercial real estate in 11 suburban communities north and west of Boston, including buildings at 142-144 North Rd. in Sudbury. These properties accommodate labs and clean rooms, offices, healthcare facilities, restaurants, retail storefronts, warehouses, satellite offices, executive suites, and more.

With a portfolio of this size and variety, the firm can meet almost any commercial real estate need from 150 s/f to 300,000 s/f. Its in-house experts in design, construction, and property management offer “one-stop shopping” for the business community.
