Santoro of Kinlin Grover Commercial and Schofield of Robert Paul Properties broker $750,000 sale of 3.6 acres of land

On January 16, the closing was held for the sale of Lot 1A at 15 Main St., a 3.6 acre piece of commercial land adjacent to Mid-Cape Home Centers in the center of town. Nat Santoro, CCIM of Kinlin Grover Commercial and Fran Schofield of Robert Paul Properties brokered the transaction between the seller, Nickerson Real Estate Holding Company LLC and the buyer, Cape Cod Village, Inc. The selling price was $750,000, financed by Orleans Community Preservation Funds and the Disability Opportunity Fund, Inc. The property will be used to construct a housing complex, Cape Cod Village, which will serve 16 adults with Autism. In addition, the common building will provide services for residents and others with developmental disabilities as well as training for people who work with people with disabilities. The location is on the bike path and within walking distance to town businesses and services. Kinlin Grover Commercial is a commercial real estate brokerage company specializing in commercial and investment properties in Southeastern Massachusetts, with offices located in Mashpee, Orleans and Plymouth.
