Putnam, CT CHILLAX, a prominent cannabis retailer, is set to open its doors in the Tractor Supply shopping center located at 97 Providence Pike (Rte. 44). The green light for adult-use cannabis operations was secured through approvals from the zoning commission in March of this year permitting cannabis to be sold legally in town. This paved the way for CHILLAX to finalize a lease agreement for space exceeding 3,500 s/f within the shopping center.
