For me the game changer was moving to the Utah/Nevada market and working for the Pella distributor there, in a different position. What was your first job and what did you learn from it? My first job was in a small architectural office in New York City. We designed high end retail stores all over the country, and I learned to manage the projects from start to finish. We were responsible for the drawings, hiring the contractor in each local area, and then visiting the sites during construction
What project, transaction, honor or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of my work with the architectural and design community. I enjoy visiting these A&D firms to see how I can help them with any flooring specifications. Often this takes the form of a “lunch and learn” presentation, as I am certified to provide AIA CEU programs

The University of Massachusetts – Chapel Renovation - The renovation of one of the most iconic buildings on UMass’ Campus and on the National Register of Historic Places.
