Which project, deal or transaction was the “game changer” in the advancement of your career during the last 10 years? The first design project where I led the structural design was a university student union. What was your first job and what did you learn from it? My first job was delivering telephone directories in high school in the summer. I realize many people today don’t even know what a telephone directory is, but back in the day people actually delivered phone books to homes and businesses! I learned the value of hard work and the lesson my parents
