Horvath & Tremblay sells three retail pad
sites in Wareham, MA for a total of $7.6 million

Wareham, MA Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of the three retail pad sites (with five retailers). Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller to complete the transaction at a sale price of $7.6 million.  The pad sites are located at 1 Tobey Rd. The pad sites are comprised of three new construction buildings that consist of a two-tenant building leased to Starbucks and the U.S. Air National Guard, a single tenant Aspen Dental and a three-tenant building leased to Chipotle, Crumbl Cookies, and Wareham Animal Hospital.

WS Development to open Mia’s Bakery at The Street Chestnut Hill

Chestnut Hill, MA WS Development is bringing Brooklyn sweets to The Street Chestnut Hill with Mia’s Bakery. Mia’s Bakery offers a selection of desserts, showcasing its custom and signature cakes, pies, cupcakes and more. $4.045 million in sales and multiple leases

Boston, MA District Real Estate Advisors have arranged the sale of two properties totaling $4.045 million in Boston and negotiated multiple leases for retailers in Waltham. Beck Dangler of District Real Estate Advisors negotiated the sale of two independent South Boston retail condominiums located at 141 Dorchester Ave. and 301 West Bdwy. The 2,148 s/f space at 141 Dorchester Ave. sold for $1.395 million and the 5,764 s/f bi-level space at 301 West Bdwy. sold for $2.65 million.

Described as a 23,500 s/f multi tenanted retail/office building on 1.98± acres. Known as the “miracle mile” section of the Boston Post Rd. the investment property was purchased by S. Boston Post Property LLC for $2.325 million.

Framingham, MA Marlene Aron, principal of Metrowest Commercial RE has completed the sale of three retail properties. The two Rte. 9 establishments that have been sold were Uncle Cheung’s Restaurant, a fixture for 40 years, at 266 Worcester Rd. The new owners of Uncle Cheung’s operate AOI Japanese Restaurant, which will remain at 855 Worcester Rd. They plan to open an Asian-style dumpling restaurant.
