Northeast Private Client Group represents $2.2m sale of two mixed-use properties

Holliston, MA Northeast Private Client Group (NEPCG) has completed the sale of 85 Central St. mixed-use property in Holliston and 185-187 Main St. mixed-use property in Maynard, Mass. Senior associates Drew Kirkland, Francis Saenz, and Jim Casey represented the sellers and procured the buyers for both transactions.

Waldman of Waldman & Associates sells ground lease with CVS
for $2.35m and $1.35m property for future dispensary

Norton, MA Dan Waldman of Waldman & Associates sold a ground lease with CVS as a tenant at 35 West Main St. for $2.35 million which comes to a 4.7 cap rate. This sale was done in concurrence of CVS’ decision to extend their ground lease through January 2041.

Capital Group Properties arranges 3,000 s/f lease for Club Champion

Northborough, MA Club Champion, the leading provider of custom golf club fittings, has signed a lease for a new location at Northborough Crossing, a premier open-air retail development. Capital Group Properties arranged the lease signing for Club Champion. Club Champion will occupy 3,000 s/f, and the new studio is anticipated to open by late summer. 

Atlantic Capital Partners have added Suffoletto, Griffin, and Hovey to its team

“Project: Pop-Up” comes to Burlington 3rd Avenue

Wrentham, MA Simon Property Group has opened 15 new stores at 1 Premium Outlet Blvd., the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets. Fairhaven, MA Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of two properties for a total of $5,957,158. Todd Tremblay and Bob Horvath of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Fresenius Medical Care in Fairhaven. Horvath and Tremblay exclusively represented the seller to complete the transaction at a sale price of $4,157,158. Fresenius is located at 216 Huttleston Ave.

Nashua, NH Boston-based ICON Architecture has been the lead architect for the Nashua Center for the Arts, the newly completed 53,340 s/f performing arts center, art gallery, and event center at 201 Main St. The center was created as part of a local economic development effort by the city and will begin hosting performances, art shows, and events beginning April 1st
