Bedford, MA Hunneman has comleted a long-term lab & office lease at 36 Crosby Dr. The Hunneman team of Patrick Grady, Jim Boudrot and Steve James represented the tenant, PharmaEssentia, and the landlord was Anchor Line Partners. PharmaEssentia, headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, leased the 11,675 s/f space to serve as their new PharmaEssentia Innovation Research Center (PIRC).

Norwalk, CT According to Clarion Partners LLC and Marcus Partners two new tenants will be relocating to Merritt 7. Consumer products marketing company MBI Inc. will lease 32,648 s/f in the upgraded Building 501, while specialty distribution firm LBB Specialties LLC (LBBS) will occupy 25,118 s/f in the newly renovated Building 601.

Wilmington, MA Nordlund Associates has completed the sale of 619 Main St. This 7,345 s/f industrial warehouse is situated on 0.63 acres with direct frontage on Rte. 38. The property sold for $1.275 million which equates to $174 per s/f.
Curtis named leader of building sevives for Tighe & Bond
