Franklin, MA 25 and 40 Kenwood Circle, a 206,000 s/f distribution, flex and manufacturing complex, has been acquired for $37.5 million by Jumbo Capital Partners from Franchi Management Inc. Franchi had hired Colliers as exclusive agent.

The building formerly served as the showroom of Marquis Motor Cars.
