Spire Investments continued to grow this year. We have been very active in buying, selling, and renovating properties. In addition, the opportunities surfacing from collaborating with my business partners David Lamattina and Anthony Arione of Arrowpoint Properties

January 1st we celebrate our 43rd year in the restaurant brokerage and hospitality consultancy business and with sales approaching a half billion, 2022 has proven to be one of our busiest.
