Malden, MA H&R Block has renewed its 2,140 s/f lease at 157 Centre St. The tax services provider has been at this location, owned and managed by Combined Properties, since 2001. H&R Block is one of the largest tax services provider, having prepared more than 950 million tax returns since 1955.
