The most rewarding project I have been involved in was during my time as a building automation project manager. The project was 300 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, a new core and shell building with Takeda Pharmaceuticals as the tenant.
What has been the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in your career, and why? Working on the Boston Dynamics headquarters from 2018–2020. We were hired based on the team we put together and our focus on storytelling and experience design, rather than seniority in this particular market.

One of my most rewarding deals was a construction loan for the rehabilitation of a historic building in downtown Atlanta. The most rewarding work I do is transforming underused apartment gyms into fully staffed wellness centers that create real experiences. She had been working with a residential agent for six months, was frustrated, and could not find anything.

I’ve always enjoyed problem-solving and collaborative work, and commercial real estate offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment where I can help clients bring complex transactions to life and make a tangible impact across many communities.

Early in my career, I struggled with hearing ‘no’ – whether it was from clients, colleagues, or opportunities I thought I was ready for. At first, it felt personal.
