Shea of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc. secures $450,000 sale; SONIC to be developed

A SONIC drive-in restaurant will be developed on Rte. 114. JAM Enterprises, LLC has purchased 100 Winthrop Ave. (Rte. 114) site and will build the drive-thru restaurant. Sonic's menu features fast food, hamburgers, soft serve shakes and smoothies. Sonic also provides car-hop service and delivers orders direct to the car. The sale transaction was handled for Winthrop Ave., LLC by Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc. The sale price according to the Registry of Deeds was $450,000. Shea Commercial is a full-service commercial real estate company serving the Northern Mass. and Southern N.H. areas.
