Slate Properties purchases Waterbury Plaza for $27.15 million
HFF has closed the sale of Waterbury Plaza, a 141,443 s/f, grocery-anchored retail center.
HFF marketed the property exclusively on behalf of the seller, Kimco Realty Corp. Slate Properties, Inc. purchased the asset for $27.15 million.
Waterbury Plaza is located at 410 Reidville Dr., adjacent to I-84, 16 miles north of New Haven. The fully leased center is anchored by Stop & Shop and Raymour & Flanigan.
The HFF investment sales team was led by senior managing director Jim Koury.
Kimco Realty Corp. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) headquartered in New Hyde Park, N.Y, that owns and operates North America's largest publicly traded portfolio of neighborhood and community shopping centers. Slate Retail REIT is an open-ended real estate investment trust focused on U.S. grocery-anchored real estate.
