Sigfridson and White of The Boulos Company broker $3.7 million sale

829 and 831-833 Central Avenue - Dover, NH

Dover, NH The Boulos Company’s Drew Sigfridson and Kent White represented Hannaford Bros. Co., LLC in the sale of 829 and 831–833 Central Avenue to Calico Properties, LLC for $3.7 million.

The sale includes a 62,235 s/f vacant retail box that was formally occupied by Ames Department Store and a free-standing Papa Gino’s restaurant. 

The buyer owns a number of properties in the area and believes the location has good redevelopment potential for either retail, general office, or medical services. They plan to renovate the façade and common areas, which will bring a needed facelift and help reposition the property for future tenants.
