Kelly and Putnam of Cushman & Wakefield handle 72,147 s/f in leases at Corporate Ridge

Rocky Hill, CT Cushman & Wakefield has arranged multiple lease transactions totaling 72,147 s/f at Corporate Ridge, a three-building office portfolio located at 55 Capital Blvd., 175 Capital Blvd. and 500 Enterprise Dr.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Bob Kelly and Jon Putnam represented the landlord, KS Partners LLC, in the transactions.

“Bob and Jon have been excellent advocates for our Rocky Hill portfolio,” said Kambiz Shahbazi, president of KS Partners LLC. “Our onsite property management team, building improvements and state-of-the-art amenities have allowed us to retain and attract new tenants to our first-class properties.”

United Way, a nonprofit organization, signed a 41,815 s/f lease at 55 Capital Blvd.

Sono Bello, a cosmetic surgery specialist, signed a 14,968 s/f lease at 175 Capital Blvd.

Michael Baker Engineering, Inc., an engineering firm, signed a 9,158 s/f lease at 500 Enterprise Dr.

Allstate, an insurance company, signed a 3,567 s/f lease at 55 Capital Blvd.

Montstream Law Group, LLP expanded their lease by 2,639 s/f at 175 Capital Blvd., bringing their total occupancy to 9,466 s/f.

Corporate Ridge is a three-building office portfolio totaling 506,500 s/f. The property features a full-service cafeteria, exterior patio with multiple seating options, game room and lounge, newly designed fitness center, locker room with showers and a conference center.

The portfolio’s central location provides access to I-91, Rte. 9, Rte. 3 and Rte. 691, allowing for access to the surrounding communities.
