Boston, MA Freudenheim Partners has facilitated a new sublease for Lannan Technologies, a cyber security company looking for a local office presence. They will now occupy 3,412 s/f at 250 Summer St. in the city’s Seaport neighborhood. 

Ellie Cullinan represented the tenant, Lannan Technologies, while John Webster of Webster Realty Advisors represented the sub-landlord. 

“Lannan was looking for immediate occupancy in Boston and our search led to several options in the Financial District and Seaport area,” said Cullinan, executive vice president of Freudenheim Partners. “250 Summer stood out as an option that was not only a great value but also move-in ready with furniture allowing our client to move in quickly and efficiently.”

250 Summer St. offers easy access to South Station, I-93 and the Mass Pike. The building is located conveniently to many of the city’s restaurants and hotels and is a short walk to the commuter boat.
