Newmark Knight Frank recently leased 20,000 s/f at 480 Neponset St. to ENE Systems, Inc. The single story building is a part of the Neponset Valley Tech Park and is located off of I-95.
ENE Systems, Inc., a supplier of temperature controls for the building automation and control industry, as well as advanced security products, will be relocating leaving its current location at 427 Turnpike St. off of Rte. 138. ENE Systems, Inc. entered a long-term agreement with building owners Paradigm Properties capitalizing on historically low rents.
Austin Smith, principal and Jason Bryer, director at Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant ENE Systems, Inc. while Taber Keally of M. Donahue & Associates represented the building owner, Paradigm Properties.
Under its new lease, ENE Systems, Inc. can take advantage of the many benefits the building at 480 Neponset has to offer.
"ENE Systems evaluated its strategic options and history in its current space. The company evolved beyond the existing layout and needed a fresh face. In choosing the 480 Neponset Street location, ENE Systems, Inc. was not only able to dictate a custom layout built from the ground up, but improve its highway access as well," said Smith.
