Surprenant represented the tenant, Precision Dermatology, Inc. who will be moving its operations from Cumberland, R.I. Precision will be using the space for executive and sales/marketing offices, R&D space and warehouse.
Kaplan and Killam represented the landlord, Al-Je Beau Realty Trust. Precision should take full occupancy this spring.
