Berlin, CT Luke Massirio and Jay Morris of O,R&L Commercial, LLC brokered the sale of 124 White Oak Dr. for a sale price of $1.77 million. The 18,000 s/f office/?ex building is situated on 3.05 acres on the Berlin Turnpike.

Norwalk, CT 131-135 New Canaan Ave., a 2,500 s/f auto mechanic shop, has been sold. The site consists of an automotive repair shop and an adjoining parcel. The property sold for $450,000. The seller was Pepper Partners and the purchaser was 131 New Canaan LLC. The plans for the property were not disclosed, although there is an automotive tenant in the building.

East Norwalk, CT Angel Commercial, LLC negotiated the sale of the Van Zant St. portfolio for $1.8 million. Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, represented the sellers, owner-operators of the former Casale’s Autobody business. Charles Schemera, the buyer, was represented by DVB Commercial Realty LLC.
