Wellesley, MA EagleBridge Capital has arranged permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $3.2 million for the historic Hathaway House, a multi-tenant office building which is located at 103 Central St. in downtown. The mortgage was arranged by EagleBridge principal Ted Sidel who stated that the financing was provided by a leading regional lender.
