Reading, MA Nauset Construction broke ground and construction is underway on The PostMark, a mixed-use complex being developed by 136 Haven Street, LLC, a DiBiase Homes and Matrix Property Group joint venture. The PostMark will create 50 condominiums while preserving the historic façade of the century-old Reading Post Office.

Littleton, MA Vantage Builders, Inc. completed the transformation of a former warehouse building into a state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation facility for Sanctuary Medicinals. Located at 234 Taylor St., the facility has eight grow rooms and facilities for producing marijuana edibles and oils. 

At a recent “Legislative Luncheon” hosted by the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce, a significant portion of the time was spent addressing the question of whether Rhode Island should decriminalize adult recreational use of marijuana. “We will be surrounded soon. We have to do something” replied Michael McCaffrey, the state’s senate majority leader.

Wareham, MA According to Acella Construction Corp., T. Bear Inc. (TBI) has selected Acella’s cannabis construction team to build its new facility. The project is expected to start this spring and is anticipated to be completed within 11 weeks.
