Needham, MA Bialow Real Estate has elevated both Andrew Jaffe and Andrew Mahr to be partners of the organization. Lenox, MA Keypoint Partners (KPP) has been awarded the property management and leasing contracts for two retail properties, The Center at Lenox, and Big Y Plaza, West Peabody. The properties were redeveloped by WS Development, who are now transitioning the management and leasing of the centers to KPP on behalf of a family trust.

Portland, ME East Brown Cow and Malone Commercial Brokers have arranged a 10-year lease for Baja California-style taco restaurant, Taco A Go Go, at Zero Canal Plaza. Taco A Go Go will be centrally located in a 1,350 s/f space and will be opening its doors to the public this summer.

Portsmouth, NH Baywood Hotels, a leading hotel management and development company, has purchased 165 Deer St., Lot 3 for $4.25 million from Foundry Place Hotel, LLC. The Boulos Company’s Christian Stallkamp brokered the deal on behalf of the seller.

Boston, MA LEGO Discovery Center Boston revealed an all-new 20-foot giraffe as part of the attraction’s refurbishment. The creation took features 22,000 LEGO DUPLO bricks. The LEGO Discovery Center, opening this spring, unveiled the new colorful giraffe as part of the $12 million renovation.

Holliston, MA Northeast Private Client Group (NEPCG) has completed the sale of 85 Central St. mixed-use property in Holliston and 185-187 Main St. mixed-use property in Maynard, Mass. Senior associates Drew Kirkland, Francis Saenz, and Jim Casey represented the sellers and procured the buyers for both transactions.

Norton, MA Dan Waldman of Waldman & Associates sold a ground lease with CVS as a tenant at 35 West Main St. for $2.35 million which comes to a 4.7 cap rate. This sale was done in concurrence of CVS’ decision to extend their ground lease through January 2041.

Northborough, MA Club Champion, the leading provider of custom golf club fittings, has signed a lease for a new location at Northborough Crossing, a premier open-air retail development. Capital Group Properties arranged the lease signing for Club Champion. Club Champion will occupy 3,000 s/f, and the new studio is anticipated to open by late summer. 

Boston, MA Atlantic Capital Partners have added Eric Suffoletto, Danny Griffin and Tom Hovey to its team. Suffoletto joins the firm as a partner and managing director, Griffin joins as a vice president and Hovey joins as senior associate. Suffoletto has worked on the disposition, acquisition, or recapitalization of hundreds of net lease retail, industrial, office, and strip centers throughout the country.

Burlington, MA Burlington’s Economic Development Office has partnered with UpNext and Nordblom Properties to offer temporary retail space for the months of May and June for emerging brands at 3rd Ave. The initiative entitled, “Project: Pop-Up,” offers entrepreneurs with fresh ideas an opportunity to test out premium retail space to experiment and expand their concepts.

Wrentham, MA Simon Property Group has opened 15 new stores at 1 Premium Outlet Blvd., the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets. In 2023, the center looks forward to the expansion, renovation, and relocation of several globally recognized brands who have made the outlets their home.  Versace, Radley London, Lindt Chocolate, and West Elm are among the 15 stores to open at the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets in 2022.

Fairhaven, MA Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of two properties for a total of $5,957,158. Todd Tremblay and Bob Horvath of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Fresenius Medical Care in Fairhaven. Horvath and Tremblay exclusively represented the seller to complete the transaction at a sale price of $4,157,158. Fresenius is located at 216 Huttleston Ave.
