Hudson, NH Dakota Partners recently secured all financing and approvals needed to complete construction financing and start construction on the property at 161 Lowell Rd. Manchester, NH SVN The Masiello Group has completed the sale of 345 Cilley Rd. Chris Pascucci of SVN represented the seller of the 5,558 s/f building. Per the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds the property sold for $687,000 to Cilley Road Holdings LLC.

Manchester, NH Bedford Design Consultants, Inc. (BDC) has purchased a 6,500 s/f office building located at 592 Harvey Rd. It is situated east of the Manchester Airport, in an industrial zone. Ronald Fredette of Keller Williams was instrumental in the purchase of the property. The sale price was not disclosed. 

Portland, ME Stantec recently joined the city of Portland to celebrate the opening of the Park at Amethyst, a 1.5-acre public park along the downtown waterfront. Inspired by the 2017 concept plan prepared by Stantec, the pop-up park and outdoor waterfront retreat is a welcome addition to downtown.

Like many, I look forward to January 2021 and leaving 2020 in the rear view mirror. This year was challenging on so many levels for all of us personally and professionally. But at the end of all this and what we’ve been through, I believe we will come out of this stronger both individually and as a community.

Nashua, NH Prolman Realty, Inc. has completed the sale of 381 Main St. According to Lisa Ferrari, who represented the seller of Unit 1, RNC Realty, LLC and the seller of Unit 2, Accent on You Hair Salon, Inc., the two units were purchased by FMP Realty, LLC.  Unit 1 consists of 1,944 s/f of office space and will remain occupied by Century 21.

Sanford, ME Margulies Perruzzi (MP), one of New England’s most innovative architectural and interior design firms, has completed the expansion and repositioning of two behavioral healthcare units at the Sanford Medical Center (formerly the Goodall Hospital) for Southern Maine Health Care.

Manchester, NH William Peck, Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of the Kennard Road Portfolio for $10.4 million at a 6.96% cap rate. The trio were the sole brokers in the transaction in which 459 Kennard Realty, LLC sold to Brady Sullivan Properties, LLC. The Kennard Road Portfolio, a value-add 87-unit apartment complex, is well-located in a residential neighborhood.
