Gardner, MA JLL Capital Markets has closed the $9.6 million sale-leaseback of 77 Industrial Rowe, a 113,000 s/f industrial building. JLL represented the seller, Garlock Flexibles, a portfolio company of Astara Capital Partners, in the sale to Philadelphia-based Valley Forge Private Equity.

New Bedford, MA One Circle Co. has executed a purchase and sale agreement with MassDevelopment to buy 193-197 Union St., the site of the former Keystone building. One Circle Co. is proposing a mixed-use development at the site featuring 45 units of market-rate rental housing and 2,500 s/f of ground-floor commercial space.

Bristol, CT Downes Construction Company has completed renovations to Bristol City Hall. The city held a rededication ceremony for the newly renovated Bristol City Hall on October 22nd. Downes’ president David Patrick and vice president of operations Thomas Romagnoli attended the ceremony to share in the celebration with members of the city.
