What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community? Reaching seven years with ARCO and 30 years in the industry is something I’m truly proud of.

What do you wish more women knew about the opportunities available in the construction industry today? I wish more women knew that traditional standards in the industry don’t have to define their future. Appreciate the leaders who set the tone and create space for women to share fresh ideas and ask the thoughtful questions.

What do you wish more women knew about the opportunities available in the construction industry today? It’s easy to look at construction and think of men on-site, with hard hats on, swinging a hammer. I wish there was more talk around how many different roles are really involved in bringing a project to fruition.

What do you wish more women knew about the opportunities available in the construction industry today? There is so much more to the construction industry than most women realize! Everyone always just assumes it’s only manual labor, but there are so many other opportunities in the construction industry.

What is one piece of advice or perspective you would share with women beginning their careers in the construction industry? Be fearless. You’ll make mistakes – take on the task anyway.

What do you wish more women knew about the opportunities available in the construction industry today? From a workforce standpoint, the industry faces a significant talent gap, which creates meaningful opportunity.

What do you wish more women knew about the opportunities available in the construction industry today? As a woman working in the construction industry, I wish more women knew that there are endless paths this industry offers beyond swinging a hammer.

What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community? My most recent project was a $15 million fit-out, completed in just eight months.

What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community? I thrive on high-complexity projects, especially those involving multi-tier electrical systems for large-scale commercial facilities. I recently coordinated an electrical room that required seven to eight tiers of conduit.
